Defining a position and client requirements
Our recruitment manager will meet with you to study the project and specify the skill set, both technical and personal, required from the developer you wish to recruit. By the end of this meeting, we will produce a detailed job and project description as well as a characterization of your organization's work methods and practices.

Advertising a Job description
According to the meeting summary, we will compose a job description text to be published at the appropriate channels. An accurate and concise ad would ensure a larger number of relevant candidates with a fitting skill set will respond to our ad.

Identifying candidates
The employment history and information of candidates answering our ad are logged into a database. We use this database to prioritize applicants according to several criteria and the project definition document. Candidates already in our database are included in this process. Our database will produce a list of the most suitable developers.

Personal interviews
Our recruitment coordinator contacts candidates on the list produced by the database and schedules a personal phone interview. He will verify the candidate's information and availability. In addition, a personality interview with a professional interviewer is conducted. The results of these interviews are summarized by the coordinator and provided to the recruitment manager.

Technical interviews and tests
The recruitment manager conducts a technical interview with the candidate, including a technical exam. Our clients may decide to provide us with a technical exam of their choice. The results of the interview and tests, as well as our manager's impressions of the developer, are summarized in a document.

Summary and client interview
The candidate file including all summary documents, impressions, and results is sent to the client who decides whether they wish to interview the candidate. Techwize will then schedule a zoom interview in our Zambia office.

Employee onboarding
Following the client-candidate interview, the client informs us about their decision regarding each candidate. Developers approved by the client are processed in an orderly manner. They sign a work contract with Techwize.

Work begins
Once the developer is signed in with us they start working out of Techwize offices in Zambia.

Working directly with the developer
The client begins communicating directly with the developer. Our Zambia office has a robust, fast, and reliable data infrastructure for uninterrupted communications 24/7.
